Introduction of nitrogen generator

Nitrogen generator refers to the equipment that uses air as raw material and uses physical methods to convert oxygen and nitrogen to separate nitrogen. According to different classification methods, i.e. low temperature air separation, molecular sieve air separation (PSA) and membrane air separation, nitrogen generators used in industry can be divided into three types. Nitrogen generator is a nitrogen generator designed and manufactured according to pressure swing adsorption technology. The nitrogen generator uses imported high-quality carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as adsorbent, and uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) at room temperature to separate air and produce high-purity nitrogen. Generally, two adsorption towers are connected in parallel, and the imported pneumatic valve is controlled by the imported PLC to operate automatically.
