Under a certain pressure, the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent for oxygen is much greater than that of nitrogen. By controlling the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve through a programmable program, the adsorber is controlled to cycle alternately, perform pressure adsorption and pressure reduction desorption, and complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen to obtain the required purity of nitrogen.
