The working principle of an adsorption dryer is composed of multiple high-strength die-casting magnesium aluminum chambers, each with two chambers, each filled with adsorbent, to dry the moist compressed air that has passed through. When the first chamber is working (dry), the opposite chamber uses pressure swing adsorption to regenerate PSA (non heat regeneration vacuum regeneration). During non heat regeneration, a portion of the dry compressed air expands from the working pressure to atmospheric pressure, passes through an adsorbent that has already saturated with water, and the adsorbed water is taken away, allowing the adsorbent to be regenerated. During vacuum regeneration, close the valve and directly vacuum to extract the water from the saturated adsorbent, allowing the adsorbent to regenerate.
